As part of his faculty work at the University of Southern California, Dr. Reyter leads a pioneering program helping patients fight the disfiguring side-effects of HIV/AIDS medications. As part of this program, Dr. Ilya Reyter trains physicians to use fat transfer for the treatment of facial fat atrophy. Using advanced techniques to harvest and transfer a patient’s own fat, Dr. Reyter can improve the sunken, atrophied facial features that often accompany HIV/AIDS.

An expert in the restoration of lost facial fat and volume, Dr. Reyter has developed a wide following among patients seeking to recreate a youthful facial appearance while avoiding an undesirable, pulled, surgical look.
