Excessive Sweating
Excessive sweating, or hyperhidrosis, is a condition resulting from over activity by normal sweat glands. The disorder often begins in childhood or adolescence, and can persist through adult life. Commonly affected areas include hands, feet and armpits. Excessively sweaty armpits and feet may cause unpleasant body odor. Fortunately, there are many treatments that can reduce the production of sweat. One of the newest treatments is Botox, or botulinum toxin.
